Let it all hang out!

There was a topless sunbather spotted at M Street Beach on Tuesday evening.  A young woman, wearing shorts sans top, on the greenie near the sand, facing the street and letting it all hang out.

Ironically, she was wearing a mask…JK…no one wears a mask at M Street Beach.

Here’s hoping for more nudity on M Street – why not, right?
