This little piggy went to M Street Park

Last week, this little piglet was spotted at M Street Park a few times and now we are obsessed and dying to meet him or her.  Does anyone know if this pig is a resident of South Boston or was he/she just visiting.  Is there an instagram account we can follow to check in this piglet?
