A perfect way to start the morning?  With a good stretch!  Stretch, strengthen and energize at a new morning yoga class on Tuesdays from 6am-7am and Saturdays 8am to 9am.  
 
This new yoga class takes place at the Woods School of Irish Dance Studio (168 H Street) and it’s just $5.  All levels are welcome and the instructor is R.Y.T.T. certified. 
 
We’re feeling a little more balanced already!

    Wonderful way to start the day! The instructor,Chris, is fabulous. She is very encouraging and always makes sure to meet the needs of all her students, both beginners or advanced. Calm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

    It’s a great class. I can walk to the studio, I leave feeling wonderful and I still have time to shower and get to work!
