The Noren family of South Boston – Alexander, Atlas (18 months), Haley, and Finley (3) – enjoy the beautiful fall weather at Mayor Martin J. Walsh’s annual Pumpkin Float presented at the Boston Common Frog Pond October 18 by the Boston Parks and Recreation Department in partnership with the Skating Club of Boston.
The event was sponsored by Capital One along with Xfinity, Holly Bruce, HP Hood LLC, Polar Beverages, L.L. Bean, and media sponsor Magic 106.7 with additional support from Perfect Parties. The free family-friendly event included games, crafts, and snacks provided by Power Crunch Bars, KIND Snacks, and HP Hood LLC with activities including giant bubble fun with the “Bubble Guy” Jim Dichter, a LEGO Dracula display, performers from the Boston Circus Guild, and Halloween giveaways.
