It’s that time again! Registrations for the 2013 South Boston Pop Warner Season are right around the corner. Like last year, no paperwork will be accepted unless you have ALL the paperwork needed. Registration will take place at the South Boston Neighborhood House – 136 H Street.
This includes:
1. Registration Form, completely filled out (this can be found at www.sbpw.com)
2. Medical Form filled out by a doctor or nurse dated after January 1, 2013(this can be found at www.sbpw.com)
3. Child’s Birth Certificate
4. The Fee
5. Report Cards will be collected on August 1st.
We will be offering two Early Bird Special Registration dates. The fee for signing up on these days will be $125 as opposed to $150. The special will be offered on Tuesday April 9th and Tuesday April 23rd from 6:00pm-7:30pm.
Regular priced registrations will take place on Tuesday May 7th, May 14th and May 21st from 6:00pm-7:30pm.
Please know that if you do not sign your child up during the above mentioned registration times, the fee to sign up WILL BE INCREASED.
