It’s National S’Mores Day on August 10th and Executive Chef Richard Garcia of the Renaissance Boston Waterfront has crafted a House-Smoked S’mores in a Jar ($8). The seasonal special will feature organic chocolate ganache & house-made marshmallow cream side by side in a mason jar, served alongside fresh-baked graham cracker sticks for dipping. According to chef Garcia, the smell of a campfire accompanies this sweet treat whenever served (www.RenaissanceBoston.com).
