Why not, right?
On the anniversary of the first blizzard of the #Snowmageddon Winter in Boston, snow fell on Tuesday evening, continuing into Wednesday morning. Only a few inches covered the ground but evidently it was enough to get the skis out and take a quick run down the hill at Thomas Park. You can check out the video here via our Instagram story.
Back in December, another Southie resident did a little snowboarding on the same hill. Evidently, this is the place for winter sports in Southie – in addition to The Pit on Farragut Road.
Special thank you to Anna and Rachel for sharing these photos/video of night skiing in Southie!
