James McCarthy

Ever lose a check?  You know what a pain it is to have someone put a stop on it and then have a new one issued.  Really, it’s a hassle that no one needs.  Well, James McCarthy was walking down the street when he came up on check just laying on the street corner.  He picked it up, read it and decided to let the owner of it know of its whereabout. Guess who it belonged to?  Caught in Southie!

Thanks for reaching out to us via Facebook and for letting us know it was missing.  (Apparently, it fell out of a coat pocket before making it to the bank for deposit.)  Not only did he inform us but James also dropped it off to us!  That’s why he gets the Southie Good Neighbor Award!  It’s people like you James McCarthy that make Southie the community it is!

Thank you!
