Pilates Strength

With a large following of devotees, Pilates Strength with Hanneke is a popular class at South Boston Yoga.  This fun and vibrant class combines low impact cardio, traditional Pilates moves & strength training.   It’s a full body workout that  will have you long and lean.  We also hear it’s an amazing working out for your core thus eliminating the dreaded muffin top.

Give it a try.  Pilates Strength with Hanneke meets Wednesday evenings at 7pm.
