Southie Shoutout to Delia Doherty on her graduation from Syracuse University!

Her proud parents Sean and Peggy (Woods) Doherty festooned their home on Ticknor Street in Southie to celebrate her recent diploma!  Delia was a double major – and received two degrees – Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience.  She will be continuing her education by seeking a Master’s Degree from Syracuse in Chemical Engineering.  Talk about wicked smart!

With pandemic times upon us, we’d like to organize a list of graduates both high school and college from South Boston – similar to what we did with our Mother’s Day All-Stars!  So send along your senior names an which school they graduated from in 2020 to [email protected]

It isn’t much – but it’s something! Congratulations seniors!  You deserve some praise and your name in print!
