We have a feeling Southie is about to blow up big on the little screen. 

Numerous producers are seeking authentic and sincere South Boston residents with a compelling story for television.  Whether it’s a docu-drama or a reality show, Southie is on the radar for nightly entertainment on your television.  Powderhouse Productions in conjunction with a major cable network is producing a TV series about a big Boston family.  In particular, they are looking for “larger than life” personalities and ideally living all together in a triple-decker.  (What is this, 1979?)

 

 

Anyway, if you are an interesting South Bostonian with lots of personality and an interesting family, job, or life, give ’em a call and do us proud.   For the love of God, we don’t want to see another exploited, trashy, version of Southie.  That stereo-type is getting tired!
