‘Tis the season for entertaining and our local cocktail experts have shared their favorite concoctions for you to create at home and share with friends….or not share…we don’t judge!

Loco’s Cinn City
2oz of Don Julio Reposado
1oz Apple Brandy
1 oz Cinnamon Syrup
topped with pineapple juice
Rim the glass with cinnamon sugar.

Cinnamon Syrup is easy to make
take 5 or 6 large cinnamon sticks
throw them in to a large pan of hot water and let it sit for about 30 minutes, remove the sticks and add sugar. For as many ounces of water, add half as much of sugar. stir until dissolved.

Social Wines’ Holi-Toddy Punch

Rosemary-Infused Aperol:
1 bottle Aperol
3 long sprigs fresh rosemary
Add rosemary to Aperol bottle let sit overnight

Honey Syrup:
8 ounces warm water
8 ounces honey

For the punch:
Combine in order:
18 ounces rosemary-infused Aperol
9 ounces South Boston Irish Whiskey
6 ounces honey syrup
24 ounces Bohigas Cava
24 ounces plain seltzer
8 or 9 rosemary sprigs
Garnish punch bowl with a square of Honeycomb with rosemary springs inserted to create a winter forest!

Serve over ice or straight.

Lincoln’s Ginger Smash
1.5 oz Beefeater Gin
1.5 oz Berentzen Apple Liqueur
1 oz Ginger Simple Syrup
.75 oz Lemon
5 cranberries

Fill tall glass with ice, give it a good stir and garnish with lemon.img_1995-2
