Negroni is the classic mix of Campari, gin, and sweet vermouth and was believed to be created at Caffe Casoni in Florence, Italy, in 1919. Local bars and restaurants will be celebrating the Negroni by creating their own twist of the classic cocktail for Negroni Week!

Back in 2013, Imbibe magazine and Campari teamed up to celebrate the cocktail and raise money to supports charities all over the world!
Boston is one of the many cities participating including many Southie hot spots including Chickadee, Committee, Pastoral, Drink, Fox & the Knife, Moonshine, The Broadway and more! To see of full list of local participants visit here!
