Regan’s Motivated Fitness Bootcamp
You have two time options for outdoor bootcamp with Motivated Fitness! 6am with Tom Regan and 7:15am with Thomas Regan both at Moakley Park inside the stadium. Mixing fun + fitness, each bootcamp combines cardio, weights, yoga, and more. You can learn more here!
Seaport Sweat
Seaport Sweat Boston’s biggest free workout series, Seaport Sweat, is back for its sixth season with an extended timeline, running from May through October (two extra months to tune in and tone up). This year, the community driven series will offer a variety of new classes and instructors on Seaport Common and streaming on Instagram Live. Learn more here!
Daisy Face Flow Yoga on Saturday
Join Morgan from Daisy Face Flow every Saturday morning for a weekend flow on the beach – the best way to kick off your weekend on Saturdays at 10am at Pleasure Bay Beach! Eastside Yoga Outdoors

Loco’s 1.5 Stars Run Club
Loco features a new 1.5 Stars Run Club! Meet at Loco on Saturdays at 9am and choose your route! Fitness trainer Kelly Whittaker-Cummings will come up with a 5K + 10K run route to choose from. The run starts and ends at Loco with group margs and swag packs!
Free Outdoor Workout via Backyahd
Enjoy a free 30 minute outdoor workout on Thursdays at 4:30pm! These full body classes are a great way to get a quick workout in and have fun doing it! The classes will take place across the street from Backyahd, on the turf in front of Nike, Chipolte and AMC. Please NOTE: All classes are weather permitting and will be canceled due to inclement weather.
Free Outdoor Fitness via Boston Parks Department
The Boston Parks and Recreation Department and the Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC) offer free weekly outdoor classes (both virtually) and in 18 City of Boston parks from June 5 to October 1. You can learn more here!
