Groundbreaking at Marine Park

In partnership with the Colin’s Joy Project and the Joyce Family, the Michael Joyce Memorial Playground at Marine Park will undergo a $1 million major renovation project, making the facility the largest and most accessible playground within the Department of Conservation and Recreation’s (DCR) diverse portfolio of properties.  A groundbreaking ceremony will take place for this new and improved park on Monday, December 19th at 1pm. Kids Cookie Decorating Night at The Broadway

The Broadway is hosting a holiday cookie decorating extravaganza. Decorate 6 of your very own homemade sugar cookies. Eat them while enjoying holiday music and movies, or take them home in a holiday box that will be provided to you. $15 ticket includes 6 cookies, a cookie box, frosting, and all decorating materials. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased here! 

A Very ICO Holiday at Love Child

Island Creek Oysters are coming to throw a shucking amazing party on Tuesday, December 20, from 5-7PM at Love Child🦪!  SO not only does this mean complimentary oysters and tinned fish tasting while you shop BUT it also means you can pre-order oysters and caviar for your holiday parties! You can pre-order Dotty’s Caviar here! Aunt Dotty’s are farmed by ICO’s very own Skip Bennett in Saquish, MA. They’re savory, sweet and easy to open! Unshucked oysters stay fresh in your fridge for 5-7 days. Caviar is good in your fridge for 2-4 weeks.

Menorah Lighting in Seaport

Join Seaport by WS Development and Chabad of Downtown Boston for a special celebration of Chanukkah. Their annual Menorah lighting ceremony will take place at One Seaport on Thursday, December 22 at 6:00pm and include lighting a tall 9-foot Menorah, special Chanukkah treats, and more.
