Just download the app or dial 3-1-1 to report non-emergency city issues like missed trash pickup, potholes, or to get rid of that old mattress in your basement. You can even report that Vermont plate that’s been parking on your block during resident-only hours, taking up valuable real estate. Not on your watch!
