Evidently not a very good neighbor, a person driving a white Prius hit five parked vehicles on East Fourth Street between M and N around 1pm on Friday.  A concerned resident – Sandy Reilly – posted photos of the damage on Facebook.  (Amazing profile pic, Sandy!)
