We can all breathe a sign of collective relief with this news!
The Bruins have officially signed their David Pastrnak to an eight-year, $90 million contract extension keeping #88 in Boston through the 2030-31 season. Phew!
Pastrnak’s deal has an annual cap hit of $11.25 million and is the largest contract in Bruins history!
According to ESPN, the Bruins also signed forward Tyler Bertuzzi from the Detroit Red Wings on Thursday in exchange for a 2024 first-round draft choice and a 2025 fourth-round pick.
