Weekend Picks – Super Bowl Weekend Edition

Eat:
Are you ready for some football?  Thinking about hosting a little (or big) Pats Super Bowl bash?  Here are some tips to host a super terrific party with a little help from Southie businesses!

Do:
Stop by and show your support for Southie mayor candidate Jenn Menjin. She’ll be selling “God’s Country 02127” t-shirts in front of the East Boston Savings Bank  on East Broadway on Saturday from 10am-1pm. $20 per t-shirt – all proceeds go to the South Boston St. Patricks Day Parade!

Participate:

Speaking of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade and the Mayor of Southie Race – stop by Sixth Gear on Friday night at 7pm for the primary!  Meet the candidates and find out who will moving through to the finals and who’s the frontrunner!

Dance:
DJ Stenny will be playing on Saturday night at the Playwright from 9pm-1pm. Make sure to wear your dance shoes!

Watch:
It’s game time!  The Pats will face the Rams on Sunday, February 3rd at 6:30pm in Atlanta.  Here’s a quick guide of where to watch the big game in Southie!  Let’s go Pats!

Unwind:
