Mother’s East Tavern, a neighborhood public house from Laura Fryer and Alec Barber, is officially open in South Boston! Drag Brunch Takes Over McGonagle’s for One Day Only, Saturday, May 9th
Looking for something fun (and a little fabulous) this Mother’s Day weekend? McGonagle’s is hosting a one-day-only Drag Brunch—and it’s all for a good cause. Happening on Saturday, May 9th, this special event will benefit the Connacht Ladies Gaelic Football Club Boston, bringing the community together for a morning of brunch, performances, and support. Doors open at 10AM with a buffet brunch, and the show kicks off at 12:30PM. Guests can reserve tables for full brunch service or grab standing and bar tickets to catch the show. One day. One show. One cause. And according to organizers, this one’s not coming back around. So if you’re in the mood to support a local team while enjoying a high-energy drag show, this might be your move.
