History in Motion
USS Constitution is scheduled to get underway Friday, June 6th, from Charlestown Navy Yard at 10:00 A.M. The cruise will be visible from the Boston Harborwalk, Castle Island, and Charlestown Navy Yard. A 21-gun salute will be fired at approximately 11:30 A.M., viewable from Fort Independence on Castle Island. This sail will commemorate D-Day.
Women’s Foundation of Boston Spring Pilates Class

Doggie Brunch at Local 149
Grab your four legged friend and bring them to brunch!! Yes, you read that right! Fish & Farmers Market
The Boston Fish Pier will be open for a Farmer’s Market on Saturday, June 7th from 9:30am to 1:30pm. The Boston Fish Pier has been a vital part of Seaport life for over a century! Stop by to enjoy locally caught seafood and get some fresh vegetables and fruit to pair with it! There will also be meat, cheeses, and other specialty items! Support local farmers and fishermen!

South Boston PMC Kids Ride
Grab your bikes, trikes, and scooters! The South Boston PMC Kids Ride is taking place on Saturday, June 7, from 8 to 11 AM. The ride starts at Carson Beach. The ride is open to children ages 2 to 15; they can choose from a 0.6-mile route, 1.4-mile route, or 3.1-mile route. It is an awesome way for kids to get active and fundraise for pediatric cancer research. Sign up now!
Seaport Summer Market
The market will be open on Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 6pm. There will be artisans and local stores with clothing, jewelry, skin care, home decor, pet goods, artwork, food and more! Island Creek Oysters Opening Weekend
Island Creek Oysters are popping up in The Seaport this summer! This pop-up will feature Island Creek’s signature oysters, tinned fish, caviar, and shareable snacks like clam dip and bluefish pâté. Plus, they’ll be serving up refreshing beverages like beer, wine, and canned cocktails. They will be open daily from 11am to 11pm. Stop by and enjoy some delicious seafood!
Southie Family Fun Day
Southie Family Fun Day is the perfect kick off to summer and it is happening this weekend on June 7th from 12 to 5pm. There will be so many different activities for your kids to enjoy including Touch a Truck, music and dance, arts and crafts, food and drinks and more! The event is free! New to the Neighborhood: The Essex
South Boston has a new culinary hotspot: The Essex, now open at 6 West Broadway inside the Cambria Hotel. Led by acclaimed restaurateur Kristen Jenkins—known for the beloved 1928 Beacon Hill—The Essex features a menu crafted by Chef Polit Castillo, whose global culinary background brings a creative twist to seasonal ingredients.  The real showstopper?
