Lower End Lemonade Sale
After two children running a lemonade stand on West 9th Street were robbed on Wednesday afternoon, neighbors quickly stepped up to show their support. Dubbed the Lower End Lemonade Sale, the event is expected to bring neighbors together to support the children involved and send a message that Southie takes care of its own. Even better, 50% of the proceeds will be donated to a local organization working to prevent gun violence. The lemonade sale will take place on Friday, June 12th at 5:30pm. Get all the details here.
Ross Gregor Adams at The Playwright
The Playwright is kicking off The World Cup with an awesome performance from Ross Gregor Adams, a Scottish multi-instrumentalist. The performance is on Friday, June 12th from 6 to 9pm. A weekend of fun at The Seapoint
Seapoint has some don’t-miss deals for The World Cup to support Team USA. Stop by on Friday, June 12th 9 pm. They are offering $17.76 domestic beer pitchers, $25 domestic beer buckets, 5$ off USA apparel. Their new USA apparel is so cool and represents USA 250 and Southie! Fan Zone at the Grove at the Lawn on D
Get ready, soccer fans! The Grove at Lawn on D will transform into Boston Fan Zone this summer, creating a destination for fans to gather, watch matches, and celebrate all things soccer during the FIFA World Cup 2026.
The Fan Zone will feature watch parties on one of the largest outdoor screens in Greater Boston, along with food, drinks, live entertainment, interactive games, giveaways, and family-friendly activities. Whether you’re heading to a match, watching from Boston, or just looking to soak up the excitement, this will be one of the city’s go-to spots for World Cup festivities.
The Fan Zone is part of a citywide celebration surrounding the FIFA World Cup, which will bring seven matches to the Boston region this summer. Boston is also hosting an official FIFA Fan Festival at City Hall Plaza, creating multiple opportunities for fans to come together and cheer on their favorite teams. With a brand-new look, a giant LED screen, and a packed lineup of events, The Grove is shaping up to be one of the hottest spots in the Seaport this summer.
