Breath and move at Radiant Yoga

Take some time for yourself this weekend at Radiant Yoga.  On Saturdays at 4pm start off with a meditation class for 20 minutes followed by an hour long restorative flow with Christine Dennehy.  A little bit of flow mixed with a whole lot of chill! Intentional movement + intentional rest. Class will start with a slow flow and steady pace to calm your mind in preparation for restorative postures. Ease your way into a deeper more healing state and enjoy a longer savasana. Tools you can use through out your hectic week!
