Drink:
Hot stuff! On a cold January night in 1887, flames erupted from the roof of Grand Ten’s historic Southie location on Dot. Ave. Famed local resident Tommy Maguire responded to the blaze by climbing into the rafters and attempting to “undertake the flames with his fists.” To celebrate his heroic effort, Grand Ten created the fierce, fiery, and smokey concoction called Fire Puncher Vodka. On Saturday, January 26th Grand Ten Distilling will host the 7th Annual Fire Puncher Celebration! See:
There’s a ribbon cutting ceremony of Micro Plant Studio on West Broadway! Micro Plant Studio, a creative new take on the traditional flower, plant and gift shop is celebrating its official ribbon cutting and one year anniversary. Boston-based artist and graduate of Boston’s School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Julio César Román, created Micro Plant as a space within a space where people are encouraged to create art, be inspired by art and nature, learn from each other, and be part of a shared community space. The studio features Roman’s own artwork and photographs. Stop by Friday, January 25th at 7pm. Micro Plant Studio is located at 365 West Broadway near the corner of E Street.

Do:
Pajama party time! The Lodge at Publico  is hosting a pajama brunch party on Saturday, January 26th from 12pm-3pm! There will be live music by DJ Wyatt to get you dancing and you can win ski lift tickets, Publico gift cards, swag and more!

Dance:
Revisit the good old days and enjoy Southie DJ legend Dru Errico as he spins the tunes at Seapoint  Saturday night beginning at 8pm.   Plan on dancing the night away to such local favorites like Happy Radio and Young Hearts Run Free!  No cover charge.  Plenty of parking!

Listen:
Keep the weekend going!  Head to the Playwright on Sunday for their legendary Country Sundays with Annie Brobst!  The fun takes place from 7pm-10pm.

Treat:
Head to Roza Lyons for some drinks and apps! Enjoy the Tuna Poke Bowl made with shuchi grade tuna, bell peppers, cucumbers, green onion, cilantro and seasame seeds!
