Yoga for Moms with the Family Yoga Project

Looking to bring a little more mindfulness and movement into your family’s routine? The Family Yoga Project is here to help! With a focus on creating wellness opportunities for all ages, this local initiative is making waves in the Southie community. Their next Yoga for Moms event is coming up on Friday at East Side Yoga—the perfect chance for moms to recharge, stretch, and connect with others in a supportive environment.

Loco Canvas Collab Pop-up Dinner

Join Loco in The Lounge for a special 7-course dinner by Chef Tony Mesina on Sunday. Will Isaza and Jen LaForge will be creating the cocktails. The brainchild of Loco Culinary Director Chef Mike Sanchez, the Loco Canvas Collab pop up dinner series aims to bring together some of Boston’s best in the food, beverage, and music scene, converging on a “blank canvas”- the Loco Lounge. Tickets are $150 and include a seven-course menu and two cocktails. Additional beverages will be available a la carte. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Jimmy Fund. Southie Ugly Sweater Dash with MyStryde + 1.5 Star Run Club

MyStryde is teaming up with 1.5 Star Run Club and Loco for a dash around Southie on Saturday, December 21st. There will be a 4 mile and 2.5 mile option. The run will start at Loco and end back at Loco for a post run brunch! The ticket is $39 and includes the run, a raffle ticket, breakfast, a complimentary drink, and a complimentary MYSTRYDE credit. We are teaming up with The Ollie to bring a Festive Holiday Stoop Stroll to Southie on Sunday, December 22nd from 4 to 7pm. Stroll the neighborhood while admiring the Holiday decor of the participants. The participants will have festive refreshments and entertainment. Plus there will be a trolley for those who opt out of walking. A final map will be published 48 hours before the event!
