The Return of the Lodge at Publico

The Lodge at Publico will be open Thursdays through Sundays 4pm-close, beginning December 9^th through March 31^st 2022.   A one of a kind winter oasis, the Lodge is outfitted in oversized flannel blankets and pillows, modern, faux moose and deer heads, retro signage and an artificial snow machine to create a true alpine ambiance in the middle of South Boston. Enjoy a lodge-inspired menu of post slope bites  the perfectly pairs with a cocktail menu of hot drinks and seasonal sips, including large format punch bowl style offerings for ski buddies and moose head mugs for individuals.  Of course, the classic, apres ski, Shot-Ski will also be back, allowing guests to take up to four house-made shot creations out of a custom ski. You can learn more details here! 

Live Irish Music at the Seapoint

The Connacht Band will be playing on Saturday, December 11th at 8pm at the Seapoint! Get your dancing shoes ready!

Ugly Sweater Party at Loco

Bust out your favorite ugly Christmas sweater and head to Loco on Sunday from 5pm-10pm in the 410 Lounge! DJ Ryan Brown will be playing! Enjoy $2 taco specials, holiday drink specials plus a $500 Loco gift card to the best dressed!

Girl Scout Cookie Pop Up

Who doesn’t love Girls Scout Cookies?  Thin Mints, Peanut Butter Patties, we love them all!  On Sunday, December 12th, the South Boston Girl Scouts will be selling cookies from 12pm-3pm in front of Deja Brew – 704 East Broadway. Cash or Venmo accepted – $5 per box. And you know what goes great with cookies?  Coffee – pick up a cup a Deja Brew!

This season The Current has teamed up with Klaviyo, a leading customer data and marketing automation platform that helps to empower emerging brands. Shop favorites like Studs and Injeanius, and five new brands that have joined the mix. Indulge in feather-trimmed pyjamas from Maison Nou, customize your own Boston hoodie with BROdenim, or check out Jaylen Brown’s 7uice brand. On the self-care front enjoy Aloe Attiva’s clean plant-powered serum and moisturizer, and Waeve’s wigs for “feel good hair” for Black women. Open daily at 100 Seaport Blvd.

Local 149 is hosting a Reggae Brunch on Sunday! Brighten up your Sunday morning with some awesome Reggae music while you enjoy brunch!

Friday Holiday Brunch at The Broadway

Every Friday through the end of the year, The Broadway will be celebrating the holiday with a specialty brunch!  Enjoy holiday inspired items like Griddled Gingersnap Banana Bread, Egg Nog French Toast Sticks, Candy Cane Pancakes and specialty cocktails like the Clausmo – made with vanilla vodka, Kahlua mint mocha, Irish Creme, Creme de Menthe and cold brew. Available Fridays 11am-3pm.

Holiday Drag Brunch at Laugh Boston

‘Tis the season to slay! Get your festivities on with the best drag performers in town and their takes on holiday classics on Sunday, December 12th at 11am. Ho ho HO! Laugh Boston Drag Brunch features the best drag queens in New England performing different themes each month. Finish your weekend with a delicious brunch, a theme-based specialty cocktail menu, and the best drag performers lip syncing and dancing to songs you’ll be screaming along to.
