Row 34 launches second Trillium Collab and First Canned Spritz
We’ll drink to that! Available for purchase starting Friday, August 13th, Row 34 and Fort Point neighbor Trillium Brewing Company launch their second beer collab together — Saison du Row. Together, they landed on a style that both the Trillium team and Suzanne Hays, Row 34 Beer Director, have a huge admiration for – traditional Belgian Saisons that emphasizes the use of local ingredients. With an ABV of 7%, Saison du Row is a bright straw yellow with a touch of haze, lively carbonation, and beautifully rocky head. The bouquet of aromas is nuanced, featuring notes of white pepper, clove, lemonade, and a touch of fresh-baled hay. On the palate, we’re greeted with secondary notes of black tea, bubblegum, and a gentle floral character. Also available for purchase onsite at Row 34 locations is the brand’s first canned Row 34 Spritz ($13), developed by Global Cocktail Director, Van Hongthong. The refreshing eight ounce, canned beverage features flavors of dark berry and citrus with a dry finish.
