Ice cream lovers rejoice

A super-cool and magical ice cream shop will be opening at 119 Seaport Blvd!  Taiyaki NYC – a wildly popular ice cream shop known for its Japanese-style cones that are shaped like fish, bright and happy toppings including unicorn horns and their famous unicorn float served in a…well….mini unicorn float will be opening on April 26th!  They’ll be celebrating the grand opening all weekend with a complimentary Unicorn floatie balloon (drink not included) until supplies last!  You just need to have an order over $15!  You can learn more here! 

Sports-A-Palooza

We’ve got two teams in the playoffs!  The Bruins and the Celtics.  The Bruins face the Blue Jackets on Thursday at 7pm and Saturday at 8pm.  The Celtics play the Bucks on Sunday at 1pm.  The Red Sox play the Rays on Friday night at 7:10pm, Saturday at 4:05pm and Sunday at 1:05pm. Here are our suggestions of where to watch in Southie!

Mass Bay Credit Union is hosting their wildly popular shredding event!  Members and residents who live in the community are invited to bring any documents that contain sensitive information and have them shredded safely and for free!  There is a five-box maximum.  This event will take place on Saturday, April 27th from 9am-11:30am at their Southie branch!

Try something new

AcroYoga at Radiant is all about FUN and in this workshop instructor Lauren Clausen will have you jumping for joy in no time! First start by building awareness in our own bodies before flipping our practice upside down! Then work to find strength and stillness in postures on the ground and then take it up into the air. You’ll will also explore counterbalances and weight sharing, learning how to use our bodies as levers, and finding push and pull with our partners.
