Bend and Brew! Take a road trip!  PopUpAsana is heading out to Southie’s own Castle Island Brewing Co. in Norwood on Saturday, March 26th. Join us for a one hour all levels vinyasa yoga class, with live guitar music by the talented Billy Squire, followed by a tour of this beautiful, brand new brewery and 1 free beer. We will also be serving light snacks. All levels of yogis are welcome (even that friend who never wants to do yoga but you know loves their beer…hint, hint), we just require that you’re 21 plus. Seriously, we’re doing yoga at a brewery, how uptight could we possibly be? The yoga class will be co-taught by Jenna Hill and Kristin Khederian, founders and owners of PopUpAsana.  Please make sure to bring your own yoga mat as they will not be provided for you. Don’t forget!
