Grab your chair and hit the beach!  Join Save the Harbor/Save the Bay for a Youth Beach Bash and Splash at Carson Beach on July 27th from 10am-2pm.  This free event will feature aerialists, acrobats, jugglers, performing pirates and Songs and Stories of the Sea, Art on the Shore, beach games, refreshments, and more!  Sounds like fun to us!

You’re gonna need a bigger boat!  Backyard Betty’s will be celebrating Shark Week by playing the hit Discovery Channel series all week in addition to the classic movie Jaws!  While you’re there you might as well order up some sangria and some wings too, right?

Tune it up!   Head to Seaport Common for a complimentary bike check-up by Landry’s Bicycles!  Enjoy light refreshments and treats from Seaport restaurants as a thank you for commuting sustainably. 

Let’s go to the movies!  ShowPlace Icon Theater is now hosting a Neighborhood Night on Mondays!  Now your admission to a movie includes a burger, beer and popcorn!  All Monday movie tickets include a $15 food and beverage voucher!  Sweet!

Listen to the music!  Music at Marine, a live music event at the bandstand Marine Park on Farragut Road takes place on Thursday, July 26th at 6:30pm.   A local favorite, Curragh’s Fancy will be performing!  Don’t forget your beach chair or blanket!
