Play hockey!  The Friends of Donny Higgins Memorial Fund  have organized a street hockey league at the Donald F. Higgins Arena on Farragut Road.  This league will play on Wednesday evenings from 6pm-8pm for Mites and Squirts.  8pm-10pm it’s Pee Wee and Bantams. Food will be provided! No sign ups needed!  The kids can just show up!

Last call!  The Playwright will be closing its doors for some renovations on Sunday, August 6th.  Stop for a drink and some appetizers and say your goodbyes….for now!

Get in shape! The Boston Athletic Club kicked off a new ERG Performance Training series last week but it’s not too late to sign up!  This six week training program gets you up close and personal with the BAC trainers and helps you get a better workout through a variety of different classes like kettlebell training and buns and guns!  For more information or to sign up online visit here!  The BAC is also hosting a free Nutrition Seminar on Tuesday at noon!  Learn how to eat healthy!

Use your noodle!  Wagamama is opening its doors in the Seaport District this week!  Enjoy their asian menu inspired by Japan! Wednesday, August 3rd is the official opening at 100 Northern Ave!  You can check out their menu here!

Brunch and BTone! Looking to spend a Saturday morning enjoying brunch and a workout in Southie? Brunches of Boston is partnering with BTone Southie and STATS to bring you just that!  Enjoy a 45 minute class at BTone followed by brunch at STATS.  Ticket includes, class, full brunch at STATS and a complimentary Mimosa!  The fun takes place Saturday, August 5th at 11am.  Tickets are $39 and you can purchase them here!
