Challenge yourself.  Enjoy the sunset while you strengthen your core on the water!  SUP-YO  – yoga and stand-up paddleboarding – offers a special sunset class on Tuesday, July 26th 6:45-8:15 p.m at Fort Point Pier, next to Channelside Lot, 284 A Street.  You can register for class here! 

Learn something new.  The City of Boston invites you to a special community Overdose Prevention and Narcan Training on Thursday, July 28th from 6pm-7pm at BFD Engine 39 (272 D Street).  Training includes how to identify signs and symptoms of overdose, how to respond to an overdose, and connecting with community recovery resources.

Listen to the music.  Music at Marine, a new live music series at the bandstand Marine Park on Farragut Road, begins on Thursday, July 28th at 6:30pm.   A local favorite, Curragh’s Fancy will be performing!  Don’t forget your beach chair or blanket!

Get in shape!
