It’s back!  The Bachelor Nights has returned at the Playwright!  Join your friends and neighbors at Southie’s favorite spot to watch ABC’s The Bachelor!   Don’t miss the Season 21 Premier on Monday, January 2nd at 8pm (arrive early to secure your spot and grab a bite!) Then mark your calendar for weekly viewings as The Playwright! Featuring spontaneous specials, pop up shops, and more, The Bachelor Nights is a great way to meet some new people and have a few drinks on a Monday! Out with the old! Is your Christmas tree looking a little sad? Well, maybe it’s time to say goodbye!  Boston residents can place their Christmas trees curbside for composting between January 2nd and January 13th. Please remove ornaments, decorations, and stands from Christmas trees. Do not put trees in plastic bags. Place trees at the curb by 7:00 am on recycling collection day. Christmas trees will be recycled during these two weeks only. For more information please visit the City’s website.

    Funny you should write about the Bug House this week. One of our family’s Christmas conversations was about the place and turning into one of those places where you can have a glass of wine or beer and a nosh while you see a movie. What would it take to turn the place around? Did I say gentrification? It has some appeal you must admit.
