Mix and mingle!  It’s the Annual South Boston Leadership Initiative Fundraiser on Tuesday, August 29th from 5:30pm-8:30pm.  Enjoy some cocktails at the Lawn on D and help support a great local organization helping the young people of South Boston with some amazing programs like Ripped by Regan, Math Olympics and more!  Tickets are $50 and you can order them here! 

Say cheese!  On Wednesdays eat cheese at Fromage!  Enjoy half-price cheese platter from 4pm-11pm every Wednesday!  Pair it with one of delicious wines and you’ve got yourself a perfect hump day!

Apply!  Looking for affordable housing?  The Beverly is Boston’s first 100% workforce and affordable housing development!  The Beverly includes 191 workforce rental units for households earning an annual income between $64,650 – $198,000, with rents starting at $1,940 per month. The 48 low-income units are available to households earning an annual income between $17,578 – $60,000, with rents starting at $492 per month.  For details and application visit here. Completed applications must be emailed as an attachment or postmarked no later than September 6th, 2017 for consideration in the lottery process.

District 2 City Council Fundraiser Alert: Come mix and mingle with friends and neighbors as local ladies gather for Ed Flynn for District 2 City Council.  This event will take place on Wednesday, August 30th from 6pm-8:30pm.
