If you forget my death, I died in vain

Sunday, September 13th marks the 39th anniversary of the  South Boston Vietnam Memorial at Medal of Honor Park and a special ceremony will take place.

This memorial monument is thought to be the first Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial in the country.  Every fall the memorial is rededicated as the family and friends of these men gather and remember their lives and the sacrifices they all made.  This year will be extra meaningful with the addition of the memorial traveling wall.

Come show your respect and support at this very important day of remembrance.

Each soldier listed is immortalized in a brief but moving bio about his life on the website www.sbvnm.org.  We encourage you to read and learn about each and everyone one of them.
