Just some sexy suggestions of things going on around town

Get ripped!  Ripped by Regan that is.  This summer program is kicking off its 10th season conditioning Southie’s young adults into strong and powerful athletes. The legendary Tom Regan and his two extremely handsome sons Sean and Thomas lead the not for the ” faint of heart” workouts.  Ripped by Regan begins Monday, June 20th and will consist of four workouts per week for a period of ten weeks with 2 group times; one from 7:30am-9: 30am  (for 15 year old plus) and 9:30am to 11:30am (11 to 14 years old.)   Both sessions are Monday through Thursday focusing on weight training, cardio exercises, and plyometrics.  Space is limited.  For more information contact Motivated Fitness at 617-269-5555.  Just think of how ripped you’ll be at the end of 10 weeks.
