Nothing gets us more in the Christmas spirit than a good old fashioned neighborhood tree lighting! On Tuesday, December 11th, it’s the 5th Annual City Point Holiday Celebration at M Street Park at 6:30pm. There will be hot chocolate, baked goods, and live music. They will collecting donations of nonperishable food, unwrapped toys and winter clothing too.
Christmas is a time for children and what better way to put a smile on a child’s face than with toys. A group of local residents have joined forces and organized a fun and festive event on Thursday, December 13th to help benefit the children of MGH Pediatric Hematology-Oncology Center. This special event takes place at the VFW in Andrew Square (7 Ellery Street) will feature a cash bar, dancing and DJ Jimmy LeBlanc.
