Nothing says Christmas like a gingerbread house.  Sweet Street Art will present a gingerbread making workshop from 10am-1pm and 1:30-4:30pm on Sunday, December 4th at the Institute of Contemporary Art (100 Northern Avenue).  But don’t expect your typical traditional gingerbread houses.  These ones will have an urban twist.  The edible urban structures inspired by the ICA’s architecture will be decorated with street artist-inspired candy art too.  The workshop is suitable for children ages 6 and up with adults.  Space is limited, so register by November 30th by calling 617-478-3103.

Say cheese!  The holidays are fast and furiously approaching – make sure to book your holiday portrait session with local photographer Deborah McCarthy.  Deb is offering mini half-hour photo sessions and a disc of 50 high-res images perfect for your Christmas cards or gifts.  The cost is $100 and she is scheduling sessions from November 28th through December 11th.  For booking inquiries, contact [email protected] or call 617-592-8977.
