Celebramos!  Celebrate the Dia de Los Muertos at Papagayo Tuesday, November 1st.  Chef/Owner Chris Damian has created a five-course pre-fixe Mexican menu that incorporates traditional Dia de los Muertos recipes into a five-course Mexican dinner perfectly paired with Patrón Tequila tastings.  The evening will begin with a complimentary Patrón Silver cocktail along with a tasting of an Amuse Bouche-Atole made with masa, cinnamon, vanilla bean and oven-roasted pineapple compote – the chef’s rendition of the traditional masa gruel used to nourish and warm sprits when they return.
