Laboure Spring Reception is coming up on April 24th

Mark your calendars, Southie! The Labouré Spring Reception will be held on Thursday, April 24th, from 5:30 to 8:30PM at The Exchange on Northern Ave.
Catholic Charities Labouré Center in South Boston will honor former Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker and his wife, former First Lady Lauren Baker, at its 41st annual Spring Reception. Established in memory of the late well-known Catholic philanthropist, the Jack Shaughnessy award is presented annually to individuals who have shown exceptional dedication and service to the Labouré Center and the Boston community. The Bakers have been strong advocates for Catholic Charities’ mission for decades, raising awareness of critical programs including mental health, childcare, and adult education, while helping to expand resources that strengthen Massachusetts communities and families.
