How lucky are we?  We’re just getting over the excitement of the free fireworks on Friday night near JFK Library only to learn there will be more free fireworks!  These one’s will happen in the Seaport District on Tuesday night between 9pm and 9:30pm off of a barge located behind the World Trade Center.
