[South Boston, Massachusetts] Julie’s Family Learning Program (Julie’s) has provided free educational services to young parents and their children (infants to 6 years of age) in South Boston since 1974. As a nonprofit organization committed to empowering students to break out of poverty, Julie’s relies on the wider Southie community to support this work. There are many ways that you can help, including volunteering, making in-kind donations of essential supplies like diapers and baby wipes, or donating to Julie’s programs.
Julie’s Family Learning Program invites you to join our Fall Friend-Raiser. Join Julie’s staff, volunteers and friends to learn more about the life-changing work impacting adult learners and their children right here in Southie. The event is on November 8, 2023, at 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm at Publico Street Bistro & Garden (11 Dorchester St, South Boston, 02127). Tickets are $25 and include one drink and appetizers. We hope to see you there!
