The warm weather has finally rolled into our neighborhood which means it’s outdoor oyster season!  And everyone knows oysters taste that much better when they’re only a dollar!  Here are top picks for $1 oysters this summer! 

Senior Babe Ruth Tryouts

Tryouts will take place on Tuesday May 18th and Thursday May 20th at 5:30pm at King Field at Moakley Park. All players aged 16-18 are eligible to play and those who have turned 19 on January 1st of this year or after are also eligible to play. Regular season begins the first week of June.

The Return of the Lawn on D

Nature is healing. The Lawn on D will return for the 2021 season on Thursday, May 20th. Food + drink available from 3-10pm.  And yes, the instagram famous light up swings will be in…well…full swing.

Calling all Artists

The City of Boston is looking for artists to paint utility boxes with original designs through the Mayor’s Office of Arts + Culture.  Artist will receive a $500 stipend for your project.  Deadline to submit a design is May 31st. You can learn more here!
