Whitey Bulger’s Handwritten Notes Surface—And Could Shake Up an Old FBI Conviction

Some new details tied to infamous Southie mobster Whitey Bulger are making headlines again, and it’s all coming from a handwritten manuscript he left behind. According to the Boston Globe, the writings—along with FBI interview notes—are now part of a legal push to overturn the conviction of former FBI agent and South Boston native John Connolly, Jr.
In the manuscript, Bulger reportedly claims Connolly was a “sacrificial lamb,” arguing he was wrongly blamed for tipping him off in connection to a 1982 murder in Florida. Now, Connolly’s legal team is using that claim as new evidence, saying key documents—including the manuscript and FBI interview records from Bulger’s 2011 arrest—were never turned over during the original case.
Of course, this is far from a slam dunk. Bulger never testified publicly about this before his death, and it’s unclear how much weight a judge will give to his version of events. But still, decades later, the Bulger saga continues to stir things up.

People who go on the offensive and perpetrate violence are bound to end up on the receiving end of violence, sooner or later. Whitey Bulger was no exception.
If you dive into His story he was given LSD In His Jail cell to reduce his sentence and continued to hallucinate . He was used as a Lab rat . I do Not Condone Violence or Murder but this Guy really became somewhat of a Manchurian Candidate similar to the Ted Kazinsky who was also Used in MK Ultra experiments at Harvard . Unfortunately these MK ULTra Experiments turned people into Psychopaths and serial Killers .
