Take the plunge! We hear the best way to cure a hangover is to dive into the freezing cold ocean for a swim!  While there is no scientific research to back that up, it’s a great way to help out the Scleroderma Foundation!  What better way to start off 2015 then by doing something for a great cause!  Meet Kevin Conroy and friends at L Street Tavern at 8am on Wednesday, January 1st and then be escorted down L Street by 103rd Postal Fire Column Pipes and Drums at 9am.  At 9:30am at the L Street Bathhouse, strip down and take an ice-cold plunge!  Warm up back at L Street Tavern for raffles, prizes and a really good time!  Even if you are too chicken to jump into the freezing cold ocean, come by to support the participants brave enough to take the plunge and to support the Scleroderma Foundation!  You can make a donation either by check or by visiting www.scleroderma.org/taketheplunge
