According to Live Boston, the body that was discovered yesterday at the Public Works building was initially called in as a 311 report.

BPD is investigating after a body was found at a Boston Public Works building on Frontage Road – the city’s central maintenance facility on Monday morning.
According to STACO on Twitter, the body was discovered after being picked up by workers on Winchester Street in Bay Village. This is an active investigation more to follow.
