Traffic Advisory – Morrissey Blvd – February 9th – 12th

Due to the potential high tides and minor coastal flooding forecasted, the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) is preparing for potential lane and/or road closures to occur along Morrissey Boulevard (both directions) from Freeport Street to Bianculli Boulevard at UMass Boston in the City of Boston starting Friday February 9, 2024, and continuing through Monday February 12, 2024. Anticipated high tide times are as follows:
· Friday February 9, 2024, 10:18 a.m.
· Saturday February 10, 2024, 11:09 a.m.
· Sunday February 11, 2024, 12:00 p.m.
· Monday February 12, 2024, 12:51 p.m.
Traffic patterns will be clearly marked, and DCR operations staff will be on site. A police detail may be on site as needed if the off ramp from Interstate 93 requires closure.
