I just gotta say, I don’t get it. I love tjs and all, but you obviously can’t park anywhere near there and driving down Thompson is madness. Not to mention that tjs only barely fills the pressing need of a grocer in the neighborhood. It feels like a good try but not quite right to me. I’m not saying I don’t want it but that specific location doesn’t make sense. More power to them if they can make it work.

Thomson place is a good waking area, and will be highly utilized by the local businesses and very likely those who live in the thousands of new apartment / condos in the area. a larger supermarket is undoubtedly needed but getting a trader joes down in this area is a great addition.
