Man on man! We were super excited about the fact that Tom Brady was sneaking around Southie hiding a pair of Ugg slippers back in December. We even ran up to Dorchester Heights to see if they were still there!
Then we were alerted about a Southie resident claiming he fell, cut up his face and lost a tooth running up to find the slippers. Hmmm….that’s was quite a fall. Of course, Tom Brady being the amazing person that he is, sent this guy a pair of signed Uggs for his trouble.
Now low and behold Luke Barosky was just “joking.” Yes, Mr. Barosky made it up.
I never meant any ill will, and I thought it was pretty obvious it was all a joke,” Barosky told the Globe.
Not very obvious to us or to #12! Barosky will be donating one slipper – (not both – he’s saving the one that reads “Luke”) to the local organization All Dorchester Sports League.

Why Dorchester? There are plenty of youth athletics in Southie or even the Boys and Girls Club.
Who cares where the organization is located. He is so generous to make such a donation. ADSL provides sports programs, academic enrichment, weight training programs and a cooking class to teach kids to eat healthy. They do an amazing job offering quality programs to the underprivileged youth of Dorchester.
