For years, Mr. Mahoney aka the “Flower Guy” could be scene on Old Colony Ave selling flowers. Bunches of roses, carnations, and daisies could be picked up on the go and taken home to give some joy to a friend or a loved one. He was a fixture in our neighborhood and his will be missed. Mr. Mahoney passed away on May 25th at the age of 79.
